Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Your cart will automatically reflect whether your order qualifies for free shipping — or show how much more you need to add to reach the threshold.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order ships, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. Shipping is available throughout the contiguous United States as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Palau, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Order Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also view and track your orders at any time by logging into your account and visiting Order History.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date (domestic) or 12 business days (international), please contact us and we will send a replacement free of charge. Please have your order number ready — you can find it in your order confirmation email or under Order History in your account.
